Funeral services for Mr. Willie George McCoy will be held Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 1pm in the main Chapel of Wills’ Funeral Service. Pastor Patrick Freeman will officiate. Burial will follow in Springhill Cemetery. Wills’ Funeral Service of Northport in charge of all arrangements.
Public viewing: Friday, March 27, 2026 — 12noon–5pm
Flower times: Friday, March 27, 2026 — 9am–5pm and Saturday, March 28, 2026 — 9am–12:30pm
Heartfelt and sincerest condolences to this big beautiful family and to his devoted friends. George, will forever be remembered for his faithfulness, kindness and beautiful smile. He will surely be missed but God needed his obedient servant. Take your deserving rest for now and we will see you later on that great day my friend! Prayers and love always, the Benion family.
Dear family, I am sincerely sorry for the loss of sweet George. I seen kindness, joy, peace and love in George doing the time we all was growing up in Alabama. When I did get to talk with him he was always positive, joking and smiling . He gone now from our present but not from our heart. RIHP George.
