Place of Death: Hospice of West Al.
Funeral services for Ms. Carolyn Ellis will be held Sat., Jan. 24, 2026, at 12 noon at St. John Baptist Church. Pastor Calvin Fikes will officiate. Burial will follow in West Highland Memorial Gardens. The remains will lie in state one hour prior to service time at the church. Wills’ Funeral Service of Northport in charge of all arrangements.
Public viewing: Friday, 12 noon–5 p.m.
Flower times: Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m.–10 a.m.
Sending sincerest condolences with sympathy to loved ones in the passing of my beautiful childhood friend, Carolyn. We were inseparable during our high school years, singing in the St John Baptist Church Junior Choir, attending Church conferences and cheering at our rival high school football games. I know that Heaven has gained another Angel. Such awesome memories of this amazing friend that brings me an inner peace.
