Celebration of Life services for Mr. Rayford Kelley will be held Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025 in the main Chapel of Wills’ Funeral Service with a visitation from 1-2 and services to follow immediately after with military honors, Rev. Michael Kelley will officiate. Wills’ Funeral Service of Northport in charge of all arrangements.
