Funeral services for Mrs. Lashandra “Shon” Prince Bell will be held Saturday Nov. 15, 2025 at 11am at Friendship Baptist Church, Pastor Bruce Henderson will officiate burial will follow in Cedar Oak Memorial Park. The remains will lie in state one hour prior to service time at the church. Wills’ Funeral Service of Northport in charge of all arrangements.
Public viewing: Friday 12noon-5pm
Omega Omega Service Friday 5:30pm
Flower times: Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-9:15am
To Mr. Bell, Khloe, Sis. Walker, Sherry and Bubba and family: We are at a loss for words, and truly sorry for your loss! We are praying for you all! The greatest blessing out of this difficult tragedy, is that we know Shon knew our heavenly father and is truly resting in peace! We will continue to pray for your strength for we know that the Lord is close to the broken hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We love you.

I’m still trying to wrap my mind around the fact that Shon is gone. It just doesn’t seem real. She was so positive and extremely supportive. My hearts aches for her family as they struggle as well to make sense of this. Praying that they will find comfort in God during this time.

My sincere condolences to the Prince and Bell families along with her sisters of Delta Sigma Theta. Shon was a beautiful person inside and out! She touched so many people with her kindness and infectious smile. She will definitely be missed.
