Funeral services for Mr. Bobby Carter will be held Saturday, January 6, 2024, at 1 pm in the main Chapel of Wills’ Funeral Service, Pastor Maxine Robertson will officiate burial will follow in Ivy Lawn Memorial Park in Ventura, CA. with military honors. Wills’ Funeral Service of Northport is in charge of all local arrangements.
