Funeral services for Ms. Sylvia Blackburn better known to friends as “Flappy” will be held Friday, March 17, 2023, at 1 pm in the main Chapel of Wills Funeral Service burial will follow in Fayette Memorial Gardens. Wills’ Funeral Service of Northport is in charge of all arrangements.
