It’s so many things I can say about this sweet lady. But she was the best neighbor and one of the most unique person that i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was such a blessing to me and my family. Mildred (Toot) Foster will most definitely be truly missed. My Sincerest Condolences and Prayers to her family. Until we meet again.
My condolences and heart goes out to you all with much Love on the behalf of ” Toot” she was one of a kind and will be greatly missed by many of us whom had the chance to meet and know her as my siblings and I did. She had the most beautiful smile and a wonderful personality also very comedic at times when she felt it was needed. I will always love her as I told her in person on many occasions when I saw her bedsides going to her job years ago just to say hi and to see her big white beautiful smile… To her children, family members and friends I pray that The Creator of us all gives you peace during this uncomfortable time you all are enduring….I leave you all a word to encourage each and everyone of you,May Our Creator lift up His countenance upon thee and give thee peace….That’s His promise Numbers 6:24-26…From all of us “Shug” children and all of our cousins whom miss and love her too. A strong woman indeed❤…
