Flight high my Love❤️❤️❤️My condolences to the Family!

Helen Wells

I’ve known Mrs Lavender since I was a child whom I meet in the East Circle Complex. Her two young men Earl and Curtis preceded her in death they were my friends. Mrs Lavender would always give us a lecture about doing” good” and ” doing what was right ” before we departed from her house to play. I considered her as a woman who cared about other people children, set an example of how to live neighborly and strong in her faith. Will be missed by me and many others. Rest! REST! @ Peace until that great get up day.

My heart is saddened…but my spirit is rejoicing. Mrs. Lavender was not only my Kindergarden Teacher…but my Neighbor as well. She was a second Mother to so many of us. Her faith and Christian values were unmoved; a lover of people. I can recall so many memories of her as I grew. Our last conversation…she encouraged me to follow the path GOD set for me regardless of the obstacles. I will always carry that talk with me. I loved her entire family and will miss her sorely. But I know, she is absent from the body; but present with the LORD. Condolences to her husband and the entire Lavender and Goodson Families. I am thankful I had the opportunity to pass her way in this life. Praying for strength to all the lives she touched in a special way. To GOD be the GLORY for a beautiful life lived for our LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST.
