Funeral services for Ms. Rosie L. Howard will be held Saturday, January 19, 2019, at 11 am at Beulah Missionary Baptist Church, Pastor David E. Gay Jr. will officiate Burial will follow in Hulls Cemetery. The remains will lie in state one hour prior to service time at the church. Wills’ Funeral Service of Northport in charge of all arrangements.
