Funeral services for Mr. Jacob ”Jake” Horton will be held Monday, March 12, 2018, at 12 noon at Weeping Mary AME Zion Church, Rev. Patrick Freeman will officiate Burial will follow in West Highland Memorial Gardens. The remains will become viewable to the public one hour prior to service time at the church. Wills’ Funeral Service of Northport in charge of all arrangements.
