Funeral services for Rev. James Evans Jr. will be held Wednesday October 5, 2016 at 11am at First African Baptist Church, Rev. Richard Morgan will officiate. The remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time at the church, burial will follow Thursday October 6, 2016 in The Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Al. with full military honors. Wills’ Funeral Service of Northport in charge of all arrangements.
