Funeral services for Ms. Ruthie Hill will be held Saturday September 17, 2016 at 1:30 pm at Elizabeth Baptist Church, Dr. Vernon Swift will officiate burial will follow in West Highland Memorial Gardens. The remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time at the church. Wills’ Funeral Service of Northport in charge of all arrangements.
