Funeral services for Mr. Sammy Carter will be held Tuesday March 29,2016 at 11am at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church Pastor Lorenzo Bonner will officiate, burial will follow in West Highland Memorial Gardens. The remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time at the church. Wills’ Funeral Service of Northport in charge of all arrangements.
