Funeral services for Ms. Willie B. Carter will be held Thursday December 10, 2015 at 11am at Bethel Baptist Church, Rev. Schmitt Moore will officiate, burial will follow in West Highland Memorial Gardens. The remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time at the church. Wills’ Funeral Service of Northport in charge of all arrangements.
