Owens will be held Saturday July 18, 2015 at 1pm at Word of Truth Kingdom Church in Jackson, Mississippi, Apostle Henry Hankins, Sr. will officiate, burial will follow in Autumn Woods Memorial Gardens in Jackson, Mississippi. The remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time at the church. Wills’ Funeral Service of Northport in charge of all local arrangements.
