Funeral services for Mr. Joe N. Biggs Sr. will be held Friday November 7, 2014 at 11 am at Elizabeth Baptist Church, Rev. Dr. Vernon Swift will officiate burial will follow in Cedar Oak Memorial Park with full military honors. The remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time at the church. Wills’ Funeral Service of Northport in charge of all arrangements.
