To Mother Sewell and the entire Thomas family. My family and I extend our most sincere expressions of sorrow for the lost of your Brother Deacon Arthur Thomas, Sr. I was fortunate to have served as your pastor for a number of years. I remember how Bro. Thomas could sing a Hymn. He had a special talent when it came to that. I know how close you all were. Go ahead a grieve; but remember what the Psalmist said "Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning." Eternal joy is on its way. Be Blessed. Reply

To my extended family members and community friends, sing the wondrous love of Jesus. Sing of His mercy and His Grace. In the mansions bright and blessed He has prepared for Arthur a place. "Where, O death, is your victory? Where O death, is your sting?" When we all get to heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be! When we all see Jesus, we will sing and shout the victory. May you rest in peace Arthur (Jabbo) Thomas we will see each other again in a place over there.
